1. About naata.ai

naata.ai is an AI-powered relationship wellness companion app designed to help couples communicate better and strengthen their relationship.

naata.ai is NOT a licensed therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical service. It is a wellness and self-help tool only.

By using naata.ai, you acknowledge that all AI-generated content is for self-reflection and communication improvement purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and in a committed relationship to use naata.ai. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting thenaata.ai@gmail.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use naata.ai as a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical treatment
• Share harmful, abusive, threatening, or illegal content
• Attempt to access your partner's Private Space data
• Use the service for any purpose other than relationship wellness
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate others

5. Privacy

Your privacy is fundamental to naata.ai. Private Space conversations are never shared with your partner.

6. AI-Generated Content

All responses from the naata.ai companion are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude API).

AI responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or applicable to your situation. You should use your own judgment when acting on any suggestions.

naata.ai does not guarantee any specific outcomes for your relationship.

7. Crisis Situations

naata.ai is NOT equipped to handle mental health emergencies, domestic violence, or crisis situations. If you or your partner are in crisis, please contact:

The AI companion may detect crisis-related language and provide helpline numbers, but this does not constitute crisis intervention.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of naata.ai is owned by the founders (Nivedita & Vishal Lunia).

You retain ownership of the content you create within the app (your messages). You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

naata.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any).

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

You may stop using naata.ai at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR, India.
